Tonia was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She graduated from East Rochester High School and earned a degree in Retail Business Management from Monroe Community College. She brings extensive customer service experience, with a background in retail, property management, and marketing.

Tonia is a devoted animal lover and proud mom to a Puggle named Mia. Her favorite holiday, without question, is Halloween. In her free time, she enjoys attending summer car cruise nights and playing card and board games with her family, friends, and neighbors.
