Moné was born and raised in Rochester NY. She graduated from Churchville Chili Highschool, progressed to Monroe Community College, and then graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Sign Language Interpretation and Psychology. She later pursued her Master’s degree at SUNY Brockport in upper-level Biological Sciences. Prior to joining the insurance industry, she had been in the emergency medical services (EMS) for 17 years as a basic EMT and then paramedic.

She is a Mom of two, her daughter Bria and her puppy Aspen. Outside of work, she coaches cheer for her daughter, and loves to listen to a great James Patterson audiobook, especially the Women’s Murder Club and Alex Cross series.
