Meet Emily Brown
Originally from the Rochester area, Emily is a dedicated Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Producer at Flanagan Mills. With over 15 years of client-focused experience—including a 13-year background in retail—Emily brings a proactive approach to solving problems and building strong client relationships. Since joining the team two years ago, she has leveraged her extensive customer service background to transition from a remote assistant into her current role as Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative.
Emily recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management, combining her hands-on expertise with academic knowledge to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Outside of work, Emily is kept busy by her husband, Antwann, their two girls, Amelia and Colette, and their cat, Binx. She loves spending time outdoors, gardening, crafting, and diving into a good book.
