What To Expect At Your Appointment
At your first Policy Review as a prospective client, one of our team members will sit down with you, learn more about what you’re looking for, and walk you through our risk assessment tools. From there, we’ll help you create the right coverage package, review the available discounts, and then give you the completed risk management proposal.
For existing clients scheduling annual policy reviews, you can expect that we’ll check your coverage to make sure it’s still a good fit and ask about any major life changes – like reaching retirement or sending a kid to college — to see if there are any additional discounts you might qualify for.
Accessibility is important to us. Our building is wheelchair accessible from a ramp in the back. We offer coloring books and crayons for children accompanying their parents. For more information, see our contact page.
Each type of policy typically takes about 15 to 20 minutes to review. For example, reviewing your home & auto policies together might about 30 minutes. For commercial lines, you could expect closer to 20 to 25 minutes per policy.
What To Bring To Your Appointment
For prospective clients, please bring:
- A copy of your current insurance policies (including group life, if applicable)
- Your drivers license
- The drivers license number(s) for any other driver(s) on your policy
- Your EIN number (if applicable)
For existing clients, you don’t have to bring a copy of your policies to your appointment. However, if you currently have life insurance coverage with your employer or through another company, we strongly recommend bringing in a copy of your life policy and keeping it on file in our office. If anything happens to you, we can provide your family members with your policy information and expedite the process of getting your family the life insurance benefits that they deserve.
